• Is there a warranty on it?

    Yes! All our bikes come with a standard one-month warranty on all electronic components. The Bulletproof also has a 10-month warranty on the wiring harness and a 5-month warranty on the S2 wheel.

  • What is the delivery time?

    The delivery time of our bicycles is a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 2 weeks.

  • Can I buy my bicycle for business purposes?

    Yes, every bicycle has 21% deductible VAT

  • What can I do if my bike gives an error?

    First, try a system restart. You can do this in the Settings app > Advanced > System restart. If the error persists, please contact us.

  • Can I trade in my bicycle with you?

    YES! That's possible. We'd love to have your bicycles/parts returned to us. Please contact us for more information.

  • My bike won't turn on anymore, what now?

    Your bike has a battery problem. Contact us and schedule a local repair service appointment.
